Needed winter tires and smaller wheels for XC40 recharge and couldn't find any in the USA. I sent general inquiry to Morrey Volvo Cars and Pahul Kocher responded immediately even though it was after 9 pm. We exchanged messages and then Pahul got back to me the next day, confirming that what I needed was in stock and putting a set aside for me. We drove up the next day from Seattle and was met by Pahul and a very friendly, helpful team in the Service Department. Wheels were promptly changed and an open factory recall was taken care of as well. We were very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to use the service department and even venture north for our next car purchase.
